I am here to help you on your personal journey towards natural self-healing and self-love. I will work with you, whatever your body shape or capability, and together we will create customized yoga sessions to meet your personal goals --while realizing, these goals may change on any given week.

We'll begin by assessing where you are currently, and where you want to be in 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 months.

Theresa (She/Her) is a certified Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Breathing Coach, and has completed 150 hrs of training in Herbal Medicine.

During her most challenging times in life, the two things that consistently helps to bring back balance, strength, and self-empowerment is Yoga and Journal Writing. It was this realization that called her to become a Yoga Teacher.

She has worked with the following communities:

  • Anyone brand new to yoga and/or Journaling

Recently she has shifted her focus from teaching large group classes to teaching smaller groups and individual private yoga sessions, because of the more individualized and personal attention she could give to students. Theresa hopes to help others connect to their inner voice and find strength in stillness.

In her free time, Theresa enjoys theater, gardening, hiking, laughing, live music, writing, and spending time with her two kids. She does not enjoy baking.
