A customized individual or semi-private session that combines 20 minutes of journaling with 40 minutes of gentle restorative yoga. Plan for 75 minutes to accomodate check-ins. Yoga & Journaling sessions will explore various journaling techniques as well as optional journal prompts. Guided by gentle music, your yoga & journaling session will conclude a Gentle yoga class, and time for meditation.
These classes can be personalized to meet your needs whether you want to focus on the yoga, breathwork, or journaling part of the sessions.
